South Wales Tooling and Rapid Prototyping Division
Opened this month our new workshop specifically designed to produce tooling and prototype hoses in-house, staffed by a highly experienced tool maker and hose builder. The new facility gives us the opportunity to offer high quality and fast prototyping for any hose or project. We can produce sample hoses within weeks of drawing or samples being received making us much quicker than other manufacturers that take months. We identified the need for this facility to improve the service we can offer clients to develop new parts. We can now build a sample within days of the tooling being finished and once test fitted make any changes needed and produce another sample quickly all in-house.
Second European Manufacturing Facility
With increasing demand for our hoses and our current manufacturing site at maximum capacity we have invested in a second European manufacturing site. Located in Hungary with good road links across Europe this brand-new purpose-built factory is now producing a range of our universal parts freeing up valuable manufacturing capacity at our other facility for bespoke parts. We will continue to recruit more staff and increase the number of workstations with a view to later this year beginning production of bespoke parts on this site as well. We have a dedicated experienced hose builder to train our new production staff and like our other manufacturing site we process all our own materials only buying the best raw silicone, fabrics and pigments giving us complete control over the hose making process from start to finish.
